We''re looking for a UX and Conversion Lead to continually optimise the user experience across both platforms and drive measurable improvements in applications, registrations and engagement. This is a hands-on role focused on rapidly improving candidate journeys through UX and UI improvements. Working closely with Product, Marketing, SEO and Engineering, you''ll identify friction points, deploy improvements quickly, and measure their impact. You''ll lead a UX/UI team of two, combining design, UX and front-end skills to rapidly ship improvements that increase conversion and engagement.
