This is an exciting opportunity to join the local authority as we develop a residential service to support children and young people in our care.As a Senior Support Worker, you will be crucial in providing a safe and nurturing environment, supporting children and young people to reach their full potential. Your role will include providing emotional and social support, managing challenging behavior, and understanding early childhood trauma and its effects.The Senior position will be part of the management team, supporting the Manager and guiding staff with your experience and expertise.
