      <description>Location: Cambridge | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;42000/annum Vehicle + Benefits | Type: Permanent | Utility Surveyor     Permanent    Cambridge  and surrounding areas   35 – 42k + Vehicle + Benefits        ROLE SPECIFICATION:    You will support Surveying Managers and Project Managers across diverse survey projects, including  topographic, utility, laser scanning, and data processing tasks. You will plan and execute jobs of various sizes, adapt to challenges, and escalate issues when needed. Strong communication skills are  essential for briefing teams and liaising with clients.    Projects span a wide variety of sectors. A full driving licence, flexibility, travel, and working outdoors in all conditions are essential.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:    	 Responsible for undertaking utility or topographical surveys (depending on your skillset) 	 Manhole lifting and assisting with the observations and measurements 	 Locating utilities via electromagnetic locators and ground penetrating radar 	 Total station and GPS/GNSS observations 	 Create Utility Survey drawings and Reports 	 Production of CAD Drawings from Survey Data 	 Post Processing of GPR Data 	 Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties that may arise 	 Mentor and train less experienced team members as and when required 	 Ma...</description>
