Utility-Scale Solar Sales Manager

The Company An established international renewable energy business specialising in the development and delivery of large-scale solar PV projects is expanding its UK commercial team. The organisation provides end-to-end solutions across the project lifecycle, working on technically complex rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations in the UK and internationally. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solar or renewable energy sales professional to help grow the company s UK utility-scale project portfolio. You will identify and develop new commercial opportunities, strengthen relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, and manage opportunities through the sales process to contract award. The role requires a strong combination of commercial awareness, technical understanding and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. Develop relationships with developers, investors, landowners and other key stakeholders. Manage existing client accounts while building a strong pipeline of new business. Coordinate bids, tenders, pre-qualification questionnaires and invitations to tender. Work with technical, legal and commercial colleagues to prepare competitive project proposals. Support pricing, budgeting, commercial negotiations and contract reviews.
