Utilities Project Manager

OverviewV7 are working with a close client who due to exponential growth are now looking for Project Managers to join the team. The business have grown significantly and are on a hugely exciting trajectory, making it a fantastic time to join. On offer is a salary of up to £75,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

Promote collaboration between project teams and stakeholders, building strong and effective working relationships.

Plan, schedule, monitor and report on programme activities, ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, gathering data, delivering analysis and resolving issues.

Identify, evaluate and recommend options, delivering outputs as required to ensure successful client delivery, including addressing emerging issues.

Work with SMEs and project teams to ensure outputs are aligned with project objectives, regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in relation to Streetworks.

Confirm clarity of project outcomes, milestones and deliverables, and drive successful delivery against them.

Develop innovative, robust and insight-led solutions to improve delivery and outcomes.

Candidate specification

Able to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Creative and analytical in problem solving, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Able to establish effective working relationships and contribute in a team environment.

Dependable and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including client and stakeholder engagement.
