Carmichael UK is working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major infrastructure works on the HS2 project. We are currently seeking an experienced Utilities Project Manager to join the team on a key section of works in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role on one of the UK s most significant infrastructure programmes, supporting the management and coordination of complex utility diversions and stakeholder interfaces. The Role As Utilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of utility diversion works across multiple statutory undertakers. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and utility providers to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of utility diversion works across the project section Coordinate works with statutory undertakers including power, water, telecoms, and gas providers Develop and manage programmes for utilities works in line with the main project schedule Oversee subcontractors and ensure works meet safety, quality, and compliance standards Manage risk, interface coordination, and stakeholder engagement Support cost management and reporting across utilities packages Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with HS2 standards and project procedures Requirements Proven experience as a Utilities Project Manager or similar role ..... full job details .....
