With over 150 years of heritage, the business has established its first international production site in one of its strongest markets. Following a £70m investment, the state-of-the-art facility has been transformed, doubling production capacity and introducing new equipment and automation. As the site enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for an experienced Utilities Manager to take ownership of utilities, facilities and environmental performance, ensuring the reliable, compliant and efficient operation of the brewery. The Utilities Manager / Facilities Manager Role Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you''ll lead the utilities and facilities function, managing a small team and working closely with Engineering, Production and wider site stakeholders to improve reliability, drive efficiency and maintain high standards of safety and compliance. You''ll be responsible for: Managing site utilities and facilities, including boilers, refrigeration, steam, water and compressed air. Ensuring statutory compliance across utilities, health and safety and environmental standards. Driving maintenance reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
