As an Adoptions and Utility Coordinator, you ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless adoption of roads, utilities, and infrastructure across our housing developments. You ll be the vital link between technical teams, local authorities, and contractors, helping bring projects to completion efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Technical Director, groundworks teams, and commercial teams to ensure site infrastructure is progressing smoothly. with highways departments, councils, and utility providers to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance. Coordinate with street light installers, checking compliance and ensuring correct insurance coverage. Regularly visit developments with the Technical Director and groundworks teams to assess progress and resolve technical challenges. Maintain accurate records, track adoption progress, and manage the documentation required for roads and utilities.
