We are looking for a User Researcher to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE. Core Purpose and Responsibilities Evidencing User Needs: Plan and run interviews, usability tests, and surveys to ensure public services put citizens and businesses first. Informing Design: Share insights with policy makers, product managers, designers and engineers to shape accessible services.
