The role will sit within a multidisciplinary delivery team, conducting research to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points and using those findings to shape the design and development of services. The successful candidate may support a number of service areas, including Digital Notebooks, Manage Appointment Booking, and Restoring Order & Control .
