Conduct interviews, usability testing and other appropriate research. Analyse and communicate clear, actionable insights. Work closely with product, design, delivery and technical teams. Support recruitment, research operations and tooling. Help teams embed continuous user research into agile ways of working. Advocate for inclusive, user-centred design. Communicate complex findings simply and effectively. Essential experience Strong experience as a User Researcher in a fast-paced environment. Research planning, roadmapping and delivery. Qualitative and quantitative research methods. Analysis, synthesis and communicating insights. Usability testing. Working with multidisciplinary and remote teams. Influencing stakeholders and demonstrating the value of research. Experience working in agile environments.
