Job Title: User Researcher Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, UK (Hybrid) Employment Type: 6 months ContractMy client, a leading global professional services company specializing in digital transformation and management consulting, is looking for a skilled User Researcher to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site 3 days a week in Newcastle upon Tyne . You''ll be responsible for planning and executing user research to inform policy and service design.Responsibilities:Plan and design comprehensive user research programs.Conduct contextual and discovery phase research.Analyze both quantitative and qualitative research data.Work across different phases of user research (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).Embed user-centered design practices into an agile workflow.Skills andamp; Experience:Previous experience as a User Researcher or in a related research field.Demonstrable knowledge of a variety of research methods.Proven experience in a user-centered design environment.Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.Active SC clearance is required.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects with a major professional services firm.
