This role offers a salary of £35,000 - £42,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office.To design and deliver user research that uncovers the needs, behaviours, pain points, and expectations of ICAEW members, students, and staff. The User Researcher works closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and Delivery teams to ensure that user insights inform the design and development of ICAEW''s digital products. They help validate ideas, reduce risk, and increase the usability and relevance of digital services.
