You''ll plan and deliver user research across the service life cycle, turning research findings into clear, actionable insights that inform service design and delivery.Key responsibilitiesPlan, design and conduct user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.Understand user needs, behaviours, motivations and pain points across complex services.Conduct interviews, usability testing, contextual research and other appropriate research activities.Analyse and synthesise findings, identifying patterns and translating evidence into actionable recommendations.Work closely with service designers, interaction designers, product managers, business analysts and other multidisciplinary colleagues.Communicate research findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Champion user-centred design and ensure user needs remain central to decision-making.Support the delivery of accessible and inclusive digital services.Work effectively within an Agile delivery environment.Experience requiredWe''re looking for someone with:Strong experience working ..... full job details .....
