Contract User ResearcherLocation: Remote (UK) with occasional travel to Leeds or ManchesterContract: Initial 6 months (likely extension)IR35: Inside IR35Day Rate: Competitive/NegotiableWe are supporting a leading consultancy in the search for an experienced User Researcher to join a high-profile public sector digital transformation programme.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary Agile team, ensuring that user needs remain at the heart of service design and product development. You''ll help shape digital services through evidence-based research, working closely with Product Managers, Service Designers, Content Designers, Interaction Designers and Delivery Managers.The RoleAs a User Researcher, you will:Plan, design and deliver user research across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases.Select and apply appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods.Conduct user interviews, usability testing, contextual research and workshops.Analyse research findings and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary Agile teams to influence design and product decisions.Present research findings confidently to stakeholders at all levels.Champion user-centred design principles throughout the delivery life cycle.Ensure research activities are inclusive, ethical and accessible.Support continuous service improvement through ongoing user insight.Essential Skills andamp; ExperienceDemonstrable ..... full job details .....
