You''ll play a key role in shaping digital products by ensuring user needs remain at the heart of service design and delivery. Due to the secure nature of this work and the fast turn around required, applicants must already have active SC clearance - unfortunately we cannot put you through this if you do not already have it.Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers and Delivery Managers, you''ll plan and deliver a range of qualitative and quantitative research activities across the service life cycle. You''ll identify user behaviours, pain points and opportunities, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights that influence design decisions, product backlogs and future service improvements.The successful candidate will be confident selecting appropriate research methods, facilitating workshops and research playback sessions, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and advocating for user-centred design within an agile delivery environment.Requirements:Experience working within secure government environments - essentialActive SC clearance - we cannot put you through this if you do not already have itFamiliarity with ..... full job details .....
