Demonstrable experience planning and delivering end-to-end user research within multidisciplinary Agile teams. Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Hands-on experience conducting user interviews, contextual research, usability testing and concept validation. Experience identifying user needs, developing research plans and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in user journey mapping, persona development and workshop facilitation.
