Role: User ResearcherLocation: London (Hybrid)Contract duration: 3 monthsDay rate: £450 inside IR35Role description:Our client requires an experienced user researcher to support the Legal Practice Management (LPM) Project as it develops non-contentious legal practice requirements and configuration for Clio Operate. The role will focus on advisory non-contentious matter types, working closely with subject matter experts, a business analyst and a product owner. The user researcher will lead on user needs, behaviours and experience; the business analyst will focus on process, data, workflow, requirements, configuration implications and traceability.Key responsibilitiesWork with non-contentious SMEs, a business analyst, product owner and wider LPM team to understand non-contentious lawyer user needs for a legal practice management system.Translate discovery findings into clear actionable insights and prioritised user stories, identifying process pain points, duplication, local variations, manual workarounds and opportunities for simplification, standardisation and improvement.Communicate insights from research in engaging and impactful ways to the delivery team and stakeholders.Ensure that participants with access needs and low digital skills are included in all research.Apply ethical research standards and practices to ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of participants.Essential skills and experienceAgile research practicesAnalysis and synthesisInclusive researchResearch ..... full job details .....
