User Researcher - MOD ProgrammeRate: Up to 735 per day (Umbrella only) Clearance: DV Cleared (Sole UK Nationals only) Location: Hybrid - London and South East (4-5 site visits/month)Clearance required: DV MandatoryThe RoleWe''re looking for a DV Cleared User Researcher to support a highly classified MOD programme delivering an Above Secret capability.You''ll lead user research in secure environments, working closely with senior military and MOD stakeholders to understand workflows, user needs, and transition impacts from existing systems.This role operates under strict security constraints, so adaptability and pragmatic research approaches are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research within classified MOD environmentsEngage senior military and civilian stakeholdersDevelop personas, journey maps and process mapsProduce Business Change AssessmentsDefine onboarding and IMPEX processesSupport service design and operational readinessDocument findings in approved secure environmentsEssential ExperienceProven user research experience in UK Public Sector or DefenceStrong qualitative research skills (interviews, workshops, stakeholder engagement)Experience translating research into business change outputsComfortable working with senior stakeholdersExperience working in Agile environmentsDesirableExperience on classified or Above Secret programmesKnowledge of GDS Service StandardsFamiliarity with JIRA and ConfluenceAdditional InformationThis role requires DV clearance and ..... full job details .....
