Our client is embarking on an exciting digital transformation initiative and is looking for a UX Designer to take ownership of the user experience across a new web-based platform. This role will focus on understanding user needs, gathering business requirements, shaping user journeys and creating intuitive digital experiences that deliver real value to end users. Working closely with stakeholders, product teams and developers, you will ensure that user needs remain at the centre of the design process.
