Role: User Experience Designer - SC Clearance Active OR SC clearance Eligible Type: Contract Inside IR35Location: Newcastle, UKMod of work: Hybrid(3-days in a week)Job Description:Responsibilities: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analysing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is an essential part of this role. Advanced proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design is required. Advanced proficiency in User Experience (UX), User Experience (UX) Research, and User Interface (UI) Design is suggested. Develop and refine user experience strategies that align with project goals and user needs. Lead efforts to identify user pain points and propose innovative design solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of user experience elements. Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in user experience design.
