Are you a Business Manager or Transaction Manager in the motor trade looking for your next step? This is an exciting opportunity to move into a Used Car Sales Manager role with a successful and ambitious dealer group.

The Role
As Used Car Sales Manager, you''ll take ownership of the used car department, leading a motivated team and ensuring customers receive an exceptional buying experience. You''ll still be hands-on with finance and closing deals, but you''ll now also oversee team performance, stock management, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to achieve sales and F&I targets
• Driving finance performance while ensuring full FCA compliance
• Managing used car stock, pricing, and digital advertising
• Closing sales alongside your team and leading from the front
• Handling customer escalations professionally and efficiently
• Driving improvements in both team performance and the customer journey

This role is ideal for a Business/Transaction Manager who is:
