Our client highly values each and every person; their passion, commitment, uniqueness and contribution to shaping the future success of their business.About the job:We are recruiting for a purchasing administrator to join our client on a long-term temporary assignment.Manage outbound and inbound customer and supplier contacts to resolve queries, negotiate objections, and ensure commercial viabilityOversee vehicle return processes, ensuring timely invoicing and availability of vehicles for auction sale.Act as escalation point for internal finance invoicing and ledger queries related to end-of-contract billing.Maintain daily communication with suppliers, vehicle collections, and auction partners to resolve discrepancies and support remarketing operations.Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs across all customer and supplier interactions and end-of-contract processesTrain team members on Used Car Business processes and uphold company values to drive excellent customer outcomesWhat will you bring to the global premium automotive brand:Strong customer service and complaint management skills, ..... full job details .....
