This is a specialist 180 recruitment role focused entirely on the candidate side of the market.You''ll identify and engage talented technology professionals across the United States, build relationships with passive candidates and connect them with exciting opportunities with innovative companies.You''ll spend your time mapping markets, uncovering hard-to-find talent and starting conversations with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data professionals, Cyber Security specialists and Technology Leaders.You do not need recruitment or technology experience. You do need energy, curiosity, resilience and confidence communicating with people. We are looking for someone who enjoys research, building relationships and digging deeper when others have given up.This is not passive CV searching.
