US Tax Manager

Our client, a fast growing accountancy and tax consultancy is seeking a US Tax Manager to work on a hybrid basis in their London office.

Job responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships
• Being the designated signer for US returns including both Federal and state returns
• Reviewing and signing individual US tax returns for a large & varied portfolio of clients
• Training and mentoring junior members of the team
• US tax research & providing advice as needed
• Tracking of tax return status on internal systems for reporting purposes
• Completion of various US compliance forms

About you:

• You will have between 3-6 years'' post-qualification experience of dealing with US taxes
• You will have previously been a designated signer for US returns
• You will have strong technical knowledge of US Tax return procedures
• You will have generalist experience across UK & US tax procedures or a specific US tax focus
• You will be an enrolled Agent, US CPA, JD (or near to certification)
• You will be familiar with US Foreign Informational filings
