Uro-Gynae Nurse Specialist Location: Birmingham and Sandwell Community Clinics Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 Start Date: ASAP About the Role Our client is recruiting a Uro-Gynae Nurse Specialist to join its growing Community Gynaecology Service across Birmingham and Sandwell. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist community-based gynaecology services, providing assessment, investigation, treatment, and ongoing management for women with urogynaecological conditions. Working alongside Consultants, GPwERs, Specialist Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals, you will lead nurse-led clinics and provide expert support for patients with urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, recurrent urinary tract infections, and other pelvic floor disorders. Key Responsibilities Manage an autonomous caseload of patients with urogynaecological conditions Undertake comprehensive patient assessments, including bladder diaries, pelvic examinations, and pad testing Perform and interpret urodynamic studies and bladder scans where competent Undertake catheterisation procedures and long-term catheter management Fit, manage, and review vaginal pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse Deliver conservative management programmes including pelvic floor training and bladder retraining Provide specialist patient education, advice, and emotional support Act as a key worker coordinating patient care across ..... full job details .....
