URGENT Temporary School Receptionist in Wandsworth

We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary School Receptionist at our client''s school in Wandsworth. With an urgent start, this position requires you to have experience of working in a school office AND a current Enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the update service.

Job Title: Temporary School Receptionist

Location: Wandsworth, South London

Remuneration: -14ph

Contract Details: Urgent start next week

Industry: Education

Required: Enhanced DBS on the update service and school office experience

Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00 (30 mins lunch)

Responsibilities:

• Support parents and colleagues with any inquiries they may have
• Handle incoming phone calls and provide a warm and professional greeting to visitors
• Open the front gate and accept deliveries with a smile
• Assist with general administration tasks as needed

What we''re looking for:

• An individual with an Enhanced DBS on the update service to ensure a safe environment for students
• Confidence and composure in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Excellent communication skills to offer a consultative service to parents and colleagues alike
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong IT skills and experience using SIMS, Arbor and other relevant school systems
