Are you an Urban Designer with a background in Residential sectors looking for a new challenge within a dynamic team for a well-established construction company who are looking for a Urban Designer to come in and further help the business grow ?

On offer is the opportunity to join a thriving company who focus on high quality within the Residential and Commercial sectors, this company is a established business that provides a range of architectural solutions to powerhouses in the Uk property sector such as Greene King, Travelodge and Bloor Homes. You will be working on a range of projects for both domestic and commercial clients.

The role will involve carrying out and overseeing the preparation of conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs, design strategies and other design documents. Working with a wider team, this person will manage delegated projects in respect of timescales and client liaison.

The Role:

Preparation of conceptual urban design and planning work Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners

Ensure designs meet technical and regulatory standards

Ensure designs meet planning requirements

Produce comprehensive construction documentation, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications

The Person:

Recognised Urban Design qualification with experience working in an Architectural practice

Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD and/or Sketchup
