This provides the stability of an established business together with opportunities to learn, develop and build a long-term career.About The RoleYou will help manufacture aluminium and uPVC windows and doors for residential, trade and commercial customers. This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, works accurately and takes pride in producing a quality finished product.Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, prepare and assemble window and door components.Manufacture aluminium and uPVC windows and doors.Read production drawings, specifications and job sheets.Fit glass, hardware, locks, handles and other components.Operate fabrication machinery, equipment and hand tools safely.Check finished products for quality and accuracy.Report defects, material issues and equipment faults.Keep the work area clean, safe and organised.Work with colleagues to meet production requirements and support process improvements.
