Responsibilities and duties of the UPS Engineer roleReporting to the Operators Manager you will:Servicing, maintaining, and inspecting UPS systems across a wide power range (5kVA to 1MVA) to ensure reliable operation of critical power infrastructureDiagnosing faults and providing effective on-site repair solutions during both planned and reactive maintenance visitsCarrying out remedial works including battery replacements, component changes, and minor to major system overhaulsActing as a first-response engineer for breakdowns, restoring systems to operational status in a timely and professional mannerSupporting a mix of scheduled maintenance, corrective works, and reactive callouts, including participation in an out-of-hours call-out rotaCompleting clear and accurate service reports, documenting findings, actions taken, and recommendationsWorking closely with internal teams and customers to deliver a high standard of service and minimise ..... full job details .....
