Due to continued success and growth, our client is looking for an Upholstery Pattern Maker in Accrington. Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a permanent basis. Starting Salary: 32,500 - 35,000 per annum Contract Period: Permanent Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays. Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00 Breaks: 30 mins lunch break and two 15 min breaks Products: Upholstered seating, furniture and soft furnishings The Role: Develop and produce accurate patterns and templates for chair components, including fabric, leather and upholstery elements. Create prototypes, samples and first-off products for testing and approval. Refine existing patterns to improve fit, appearance, quality and manufacturability. Work closely with upholsterers, sewing machinists, cutters and production teams throughout product development.
