Upholstery Cutter

Do you have a keen eye for detail and experience working with fabrics and leather? We are looking for an experienced Upholstery Cutter to join our client’s production team in a full-time, permanent role.

What’s on Offer

• £12.21 per hour

• 40 hours per week

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm

• Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm (early finish every week)

Key Responsibilities

• Cut leather, fabric, and needle punch materials using scissors, straight knives, and CAD patterns

• Operate Lectra cutting machines and follow production plans accurately

• Inspect hides for faults and mark/cut as required

• Prepare cut pieces in order for sewing and folders

• Maintain a tidy and organised work area

• Report any quality issues to the Cutting Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• Upholstery cutting experience: 2 years preferred

• Lectra machine operation: 1 year preferred

• Leather cutting experience: 1 year preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cutting schedules

• Reliable and hardworking team player with good communication skills
