      <description>Location: Worksop | Salary: &amp;pound;12.87 - &amp;pound;14.03/hour | Type: Permanent | SEMH Learning Support - Full time!    Hours: 8.30am - 3:30pm - Mon - Fri    Pay Rate: -12.87 to -14.03 based on experience!     Start Date: ASAP     Duties    Provide support both one on one and in groups to students with SEMH needs, ensuring their emotional and educational requirements are met.  Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student''s needs.  Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social skills and emotional well-being.  Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive classroom environment.  Support students during lessons, helping them engage with the curriculum effectively.  Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
