As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in the classroom, helping them to engage with their learning and reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other members of staff to provide a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support pupils with their learning on a one-to-one and small group basis. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging learning activities. Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support pupils with their social, emotional and educational development. Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils to remain focused and engaged. Adapt your support to meet the individual needs of different learners.
