These  SEND Teaching Assistant roles in Southport primary schools  involve working with children who require  consistent, structured and reliable support  due to SEND, physical needs, medical needs and behavioural challenges. We are therefore seeking individuals who not only have relevant experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, but who can also demonstrate  strong reliability, punctuality and commitment , as consistency is essential to pupil progress and wellbeing.
