As an Unqualified Teacher, you will:Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school''s curriculum (where appropriate).Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment.Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events.
