Veritas Education is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Unqualified Teacher to work within a secondary school in the Wakefield area on a full-time, long-term basis.This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, cover supervisors, youth workers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.The successful candidate will deliver lessons, manage classrooms effectively, and support students'' learning and development under the guidance of experienced teaching staff and school leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groupsMaintain a positive and productive learning environmentManage classroom behaviour in line with school policiesSupport students to remain engaged and on taskMonitor student progress and provide feedback where appropriateBuild positive relationships with students and staffUphold safeguarding and school procedures at all timesThe Ideal CandidateHolds a degree or relevant qualification (desirable)Experience working with young people in education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or similar settingsConfident leading a classroom and engaging studentsStrong communication and organisational skillsPassionate about education and supporting young peopleAspiring teachers are strongly encouraged to applyCommitted to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young ..... full job details .....
