A reputable Alternative Provision serving the  Colne (BB8) ,  Nelson (BB9) , and  Burnley (BB10)  areas is seeking a proactive  Unqualified Teacher / SEMH Outreach Tutor  for a full-time, temp-to-perm role.  This position does  not  require Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Instead, it requires high emotional resilience, empathy, and practical capability in re-engaging secondary-aged students (11-16+) with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, neurodivergence, and histories of school refusal or trauma.
