Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons, small group and 1:1 sessions tailored to SEN learners. Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with pupils'' individual education plans (IEPs). Contribute to curriculum development and schemes of work. Track pupil progress and set achievable, meaningful targets.
