This role involves providing support across a range of classes, working closely with teachers and other support staff to support pupils'' learning and development. Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant: Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant. Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment. Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Observe and monitor pupils'' progress and share feedback with teachers. Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities. For this role, you will have: Previous UK experience working in a school or supporting children with SEND (reference required). An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
