Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to different learner needs. Assess student work, provide feedback and maintain accurate records. Support learners with academic and pastoral guidance, monitoring progress and attendance. Contribute to curriculum planning, quality assurance and programme development. Attend meetings, follow safeguarding and compliance procedures, and participate in CPD. Requirements: Teaching qualification and the willingness to obtain an ENHANCED DBS check. Experience teaching children or young adults with SEN Knowledge of additional learning needs Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtainEnhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain.
