Spencer Clarke Group is currently recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the region. These roles are ideal for individuals who want to gain classroom experience, build practical skills, and make a positive impact in the lives of young learners.
What You''ll Be Doing
- Supporting teaching staff with general classroom duties.
- Helping pupils with daily tasks to keep learning on track.
- Providing targeted support to children in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
- Assisting pupils with SEND and/or behavioural needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting wellbeing.
Who We''re Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting children in primary or specialist education.
- Experience working with or caring for children - in any setting.
- Confidence, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships.
- An interest in SEND, behaviour support, or early development.
- A proactive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn.
