Unqualified Plumbing Lecturer

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber-to provide Permanent Lectuering to NVQ students. This role will support the delivery of both Plumbing and heating-apprenticeship programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plumberprofessional or construction trainer with experience in further education or apprenticeships to step into a well-established programme and support learner progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical and theoretical sessions across Plumbing and heating-apprenticeships
• Support apprentices in developing industry-standard skills and knowledge
• Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment in line with health and safety regulations
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback where required

Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience in Plumbing-(essential)
• Level 3 plumbing (Essential)
• Experience delivering training or working with apprentices/learners (preferred)
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work within FE standards) is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
