This includes working 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils manage behaviour, build confidence and access learning.Pupils may present with:Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)Challenging or dysregulated behaviourAutism (ASC) and communication needsADHD and attention difficultiesAnxiety, low confidence or disrupted engagementThis is a hands-on, rewarding role where relationship-building and consistency are key.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small-group behaviour supportHelp pupils regulate emotions and develop positive coping strategiesBuild strong, consistent and trusting relationships with studentsSupport pupils to re-engage with lessons and routinesUse calm, structured approaches to manage behaviourWork alongside ..... full job details .....
