Location:St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Salary: -25,000/year) + Overtime
Shift Pattern: 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 on / 6 off)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Manufacturing Unload Operator to join our production team on a temp to permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, and supporting the smooth and efficient running of production processes. Key Responsibilities:- - -
Operate and monitor Unload machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production
Set up, start, shut down, and change over production lines in line with operating procedures
Adjust Unload machine settings to optimise performance and product quality
Monitor product quality through regular inspection and testing
Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
follow health, safety, and operational procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets-

Essential

• Previous experience working in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy for production reporting and documentation.
