Student Hub Advisor / Student Advice Assistant

Location: Central Manchester (100% On-site) Rate: -14.30 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 35 per week

Temporary until Dec 11th

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting students throughout their university journey?We are seeking Student Hub Advisors to act as the first point of contact for students, providing guidance and support on a wide range of academic, personal, and administrative enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support to students via face-to-face, telephone, email, and online channels.
• Deliver information, advice, and guidance on a range of student-related matters.
• Signpost and refer students to specialist support services where appropriate.
• Promote and support the use of self-service systems and digital tools.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure enquiries are resolved efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with academic and professional services teams to deliver a consistent student experience.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and student-centred service delivery.

About You

• Previous customer service, student support, administration, or advisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using IT systems and managing multiple enquiries.
• A positive, proactive, and professional approach.
