Key responsibilities are as follows Provide administrative assistance to the welfare benefits team, completing and recording universal credit verifications following the April annual rent increases residents. To accurately verify high volumes of incoming Universal credit verifications To record verification details on the Proxsys system To liaise with housing management teams, the universal credit lead and other relevant staff to ensure that any issues with verifications are resolved in a timely manner To assist with monitoring the universal credit mailbox and with forwarding/recording verifications received via the mailbox.
