Unit4 Project Manager

Role Overview:You''ll lead defined workstreams as part of the migration of Unit4 (Agresso/Business World) from on-premises (Azure) to vendor SaaS. This is a critical replatforming project with significant integration elements, reporting directly to the Programme Manager and working alongside a collaborative PM team.Key Requirements:Essential: Proven experience managing SaaS migrations (technical andamp; functional workstreams).Strong knowledge of financial systems/ERP.Highly Desirable: Hands-on experience with Unit4 Business World (Agresso) migrations to SaaS.Background in UK Higher Education and stakeholder governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical delivery of assigned workstreams within the Unit4 SaaS migration.Manage integrations with third-party solutions (eg, GrantsNow, Flywire).Develop project plans, RAID logs, and governance reporting.Engage stakeholders through workshops and decision-making sessions.Mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.Ensure documentation and structured reporting for leadership and governance boards.Contract Details:Location: Hybrid - with on-campus presence in Yorkshire 2 - 3 days a weekIR35: OutsideDuration: 6 months.Start Date: January 2026.Please visit our website to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
