When communicating with residents or colleagues, you''ll be considerate and kind. Safeguarding is everyone''s responsibility; therefore, you must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training suited to their role and to undertake additional training as needed.
