ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Unit Manager - Clinical will be to support the care home management team to deliver high quality care with a difference by providing a safe, caring, innovative , open, supportive and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include: Leading a team of nurses, senior carers and carers to provide staff support, including demonstrations and instruction of care activities.
